The aCRL® training program to become a certified aCRL® practitioner aims to enable graduates to independently accompany cross-border transformation processes of people in different areas.
The training focuses on teaching the basics of aCRL®. combining theory, practice, and transfer into daily practice.
After completing the training, you will be able to select the optimal aCRL®. methods in diagnostics and regulation, enabling clients to empower themselves to solve their problems independently.
For the certified aCRL® practitioner, there are various areas of application in the profession, e.g., creating a NEW relationship culture, aCRL® communication and coaching, support in personnel selection aCRL® profiling, aCRL® conflict resolution,
aCRL®.team development, aCRL®.diagnostics and therapy in the psychosomatic field, aCRL®.personality development of children,
